You will be emailed specific instructions around timing of your return after purchase.

General Steps:

1. Save the box your items arrived in for the duration of your rental. When it's time to return, place your pieces in the original box.

2. Put the included return label on your box (this will also be available for print in your email.

3. Seal the box securely.

4. Mail it off! (We primarily use USPS)

An automatic charge of $80 per piece will be placed on your card.

If you have extenuating circumstances, please email rentserai@gmail.com so that we can delay the auto-charge.

Go to the Bundle tab and press Create Your Own. Then select a 3 or 5 piece bundle and start filling it with pieces!

All of our bracelets are either adjustable or cuff style made to fit whatever part of your arm it works best with.

All pieces are individually sanitized between each use.
