Rental Agreement

By placing a rental order with Serai LLC, you agree to these terms.

1. Rental period. Your rental period is shown on your order. Please return all pieces by the return date in the prepaid packaging provided.

2. Your saved card. At checkout, your payment card is saved securely by our payment processor, Stripe. Serai never sees or stores your full card number.

3. Loss, damage, theft and non-return fee. You authorize Serai to charge your saved card $80 per item for any piece that is:
- lost or stolen while in your care,
- damaged beyond normal wear, or
- not returned within 35 days of your order date.

The fee is charged only for the affected pieces. Pieces returned on time and in good condition are never charged.

4. Notice before charging. We will email you before charging any fee and give you at least 3 days to respond, return the piece, or share tracking information.

5. Declined cards. If your saved card is declined, we will send you an invoice for the same amount.

6. Care. Please keep pieces away from water, perfume, lotions and chemicals, and store them safely.
